The heart of duo Little Blue Numbers is critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Lotte Mullan (“Exquisite” - Guardian/ “Say hi to Suffolk’s Joni Mitchell’' -  Q /“A young Loretta Lynn”- The Telegraph) and much in demand guitarist Simon Johnson (Lana Del Rey, James Morrison, Tom Jones).

Fresh off a trip to Nashville, where Mullan was recording an album with Grammy nominated Band of Horses, Mullan and Johnson formed Little Blue Numbers as a way to combine their love of all things Folk, Country and storytelling.

Their debut EP Little Blue Numbers was released in 2019  which featured songs from the sound track to the Feature Film Wild Rose starring Julie Walters and box office hit Fisherman's Friends starring Danny Mays and Tuppence Middleton.

A blog Mullan was writing about the music business has been commissioned for a film by Elton John’s Rocket Pictures and four Little Blue Numbers songs provide the soundtrack to Ridley Scott's prize winning 'Kismet Diner'.
